Clean your skin of applying area before using.Uncover the easy-to-tear film,take the nasal patch out,avoid eye brows,raise your head or lie flat,apply the smooth face on the bridge of your nose, the acupuncture points of Bitong and Yingxiang on both sides of your nose,and the center of acupuncture of Yintang.After applying with eyes closed for 3~10 minutes,you can open eyes for study,working,driving or sleeping as normal.The nasal patch can be continuously applied for 30~240 minutes.Wipe the applied area clean with a wet tissue after using.
