[Product Ingredients]Motherwort,Salvia miltiorrhiza，peach kernel，safflower，the root bark of the peony tree，akebia，Angelica sinensis，Ligusticum wallichii，fennel，dandelion，frankincense，myrrh,turmeric.

[How to use]

1.Clean painful area before use.Apply the blue patch core on acupoint of Guanyuan on lower abdomen,apply the red patch core on acupoint of Yangguan on waist,change once every 1~2 days,keep using from 2 days before the beginning of  menstrual period to 2 days after menstrual ends.

2.How to remove:Press your skin with one hand,and lift the edge of the patch up then gently remove it.
